The service is intended exclusively for protecting personal data and ensuring secure internet connection. Do not use it for illegal purposes.

What services does Tainet provide?

Tainet provides services for accessing virtual private networks (VPN) and other privacy and security services (hereinafter "Services").

VPN is an effective way to protect your online activity by encrypting internet traffic. VPN prevents third parties from tracking your activities on the Internet. Tainet provides VPN connection services to servers around the world, ensuring the security of your internet connection.

One of the key features of Tainet is that we do not collect, store, or transfer to third parties any data about your use of internet connections and traffic while using our Services. We do not collect any information about what you do online, including information about your IP address, visited sites, and downloaded files.

We store only the minimum amount of information necessary for the Services to work. You can learn more about what information we collect and store in our Privacy Policy.

At the same time, we do not approve of any illegal, criminal, or fraudulent activities committed while using Tainet Services. Since we do not store information about your activities while using the Services, you bear sole responsibility for such activities. Tainet is not responsible for any illegal actions that may be committed while using our Services.

How can I use Tainet services?

Tainet services are available through this website, Telegram bot, PC and mobile applications. The full list can be found in the information section of the Website.

To use some Services, you may need to register. You are fully responsible for access to your account used to access the Services, as well as for the actions of third parties performed using your account. If third parties gain access to your account, you must notify us as soon as possible. We reserve the right to block your account if it is used by third parties.

Payments, automatic renewal, and refunds

Access to some Tainet services is provided by subscription. When purchasing a subscription to Tainet services for the first time, the user selects the access period. At the end of the access period, the subscription is renewed automatically, unless otherwise specified at the time of subscription to the Services.

The payment method used for the first subscription purchase or selected by the user in their personal account is used for renewal. Automatic renewal of the access period to the Services will occur until the User cancels the subscription to the Services.

By entering payment details, you agree that they will be used to automatically renew the access period. You also agree that they will be stored by the payment provider for automatic renewal of the access period. We will notify you in advance about the upcoming charge by email and/or through the Service's Telegram bot.

The subscription will be renewed for the same period that was selected when first purchasing the subscription. The subscription cost will be calculated at the current rate on the day of the charge. You agree that the exact subscription cost may change depending on the exchange rate on the day of the charge.

We want your experience with Tainet to be as positive as possible. If you have any problems, contact support by email support@tainet.pro or via Telegram @russianvpn_bot. If you decide not to use our Services, we guarantee a refund under the following conditions:

Refund request is made within 14 days of purchase
Less than 500 MB of VPN traffic has been used
Subscription was purchased directly from Tainet, not through third parties

You can use the guaranteed refund twice. We do not refund regular subscription payments if you cancel the Services after renewal, unless applicable law provides otherwise. If you have already used a refund, you can request another one only 6 months after the first refund.

If you purchased a subscription for access to Services through the AppStore, Google Play, or another app store, we will not be able to provide you with the 14-day refund policy. Such subscriptions are subject to the refund policy of the AppStore, Google Play, or other app store.

Refunds for payments made in cryptocurrency are made in the same cryptocurrency in an amount equivalent to the subscription cost in euros at the exchange rate on the day of the refund.

You can cancel your subscription to the Service at any time, but funds for the unused subscription period are not refunded — the Service will continue to work until the end of the paid period. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the user violates the Tainet Terms of Service, even if this led to account blocking.

In some cases, depending on your location, we may add VAT, GST, and other taxes or fees applicable to you at the time of purchase to the subscription price.

What should not be done when using Tainet?

When using our services, it is prohibited to:

Use our services for any illegal activities
Use web scanners, parsers, or other solutions that may negatively affect the quality of Services for other users
Broadcast any illegal content, as well as content containing threats, scenes of torture and violent acts
Threaten, blackmail, humiliate, harm, or discriminate against any third parties
Resell Services in any form without the explicit consent of Tainet
Impersonate Tainet employees, copy or imitate the Services
Send spam, annoying, and unwanted messages
Forward or transmit viruses, trojans, or other malicious software
Disrupt the operation of the Services
Attempt to hack internal systems, networks, or services of Tainet
Use the Services for anything other than legitimate activities
Use the Services to hide your identity when committing illegal acts
Distribute unlicensed ("pirated") content
Use our Services to place advertising banners
Use our refund policy for profit
