- Open the “Calls” section in your personal account.
- Create a meeting. Press “Create meeting” — the room appears at once, no title needed. If you want a permanent room with a clear name, such as “Family”, choose “Room with a name” in the “My rooms” list.
- Copy the link and send it to the other person. In the “My rooms” list every room has a copy-link button, and the room’s page shows the full link and a QR code. If the page shows two links, one is for someone in Russia and the other for someone outside Russia. If there is one link, it is for everybody: the page itself picks the address that opens for each guest. Send it by any messenger or email.
- Enter yourself and wait for the guest. Press “Join” in the list or on the room’s page. The guest opens the link in a browser and joins the call: no app and no sign-up needed.
Rooms can be renamed and deleted. The call history and the minutes used this month are visible there too.
The link is permanent
A room does not close after a call. The link stays the same and you can call on it every time: your parents only need to save it once in bookmarks or in a messenger’s favourites. You can create different rooms for different people, each with its own title.

What to do before a call
- Check that the browser sees the camera and microphone. On entry the browser asks for permission: press “Allow”. If you pressed “Deny” by accident, change the permission in the site settings next to the address bar.
- Use an up-to-date browser. Chrome works on a computer and on Android, Safari on iPhone. Tainet Meet runs in the browser on iOS and Android, so no app is needed.
- Wear headphones. Then the other person’s sound does not get into your microphone and the echo disappears.
- Mind the light. Keep the window in front of your face, not behind you.
- Close the extras. A heavy tab or a running download can make the video stutter.
